As a multicultural individual who's always been drawn to liminal spaces — unexplored areas of opportunity — I've turned my unique life experiences into a powerful tool for change. From being perceived as "the other" in my early years to becoming VP & Head of Department for Indian and Southeast Asian Art at Christie's, I've learned that my multiculturalism is my strength.
I know what it's like to face rejection, to feel out of place, and to turn those challenges into opportunities for growth and success. And now, I'm here to help you do the same.
BUT IT WASN’T ALWAYS THIS WAY...
MY PASSION FOR BRIDGING CULTURAL DIVIDES WAS BORN OUT OF NECESSITY.
Growing up as an outsider,
I fought for self-confidence
despite external pressures.
This resilience, combined with my love for art and culture, led me on an unconventional path. I followed my passion into the art world, not realizing at the time how this decision would shape my future and ultimately lead to the creation of CulturePRISM.
The turning point came when I was at the peak of my career in the art world.
Despite my success as the Head of Department at Christie's, I realized there was a bigger calling — a need to address the lack of authentic representation and understanding in various industries.
This realization propelled me to action. I began to envision how my unique experiences and insights could be transformed into a force for change. I founded CulturePRISM, a consultancy dedicated to promoting mutual understanding based on sharing real-life experiences.
The result was transformative. I found that my ability to navigate rejection, create opportunities in unexpected places, and bridge cultural gaps was exactly what organizations needed to thrive in our diverse world.

My journey from being "the other" to leading DEI transformations uniquely qualifies me for this work. I've lived the challenges, celebrated the triumphs, and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create meaningful change.
